I’m quoting a large work comp account and rating it online with my top carriers…. Customer ordered loss runs a week ago and the incumbent has not marketed to any of my top carriers…. I have market BOR but it appears no need to use it.

Quoting a Law Firm coming up 4/5, sent it to Chubb as they stated Lawyers were “in appetite”.
Got a declination 10 minutes later advising they will NOT provide terms for Personal Injury Lawyers.
Very interesting that position and feels like they’re drawing a line in the sand…

A producer in my office called on a local account and was pressing them on their current agent. Owner says how loyal he is to current agent and it’s a long term relationship thing…. Producer asks who his current agent is and he couldn’t remember 😂
