in 1987-1989 the Sinhalese Buddhists killed over 60,000 of their own lower castes (Batgama, Vahumpura etc.)

Vellala, Parava, Paraya, Karaiyar, etc etc communities spoke Tamil.

Also Mongolia was literally a Soviet puppet state with all their policies being decided by Moscow. It was independent only because both PRC & USSR preferred it as a buffer state.

Annexation of Tibet had nothing to do with feudalism or whatever. If Nationalists had won they would have invaded Tibet too. It was considered a breakaway state like Mongolia. The reason mongolia got saved is simply because it was under USSR protection.
