During the stop, a Fishers Police Department K9 officer conducted an open-air sniff of the vehicle, and the K9 positively alerted to the presence of narcotics. Heath and Grubb were detained without incident while detectives conducted a search of the vehicle. During the search, detectives located approximately 211 pounds of marijuana, 5 pounds of pre-rolled marijuana products, 3,696 THC cartridges, and a firearm. Both Heath and Grubb were preliminarily charged with Dealing in Marijuana: with amount of at least 10 pounds. All criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
