Then this woman was going to get a fence installed, she thought her property extended a few feet more than what she thought. She arranged a meeting with the neighbor so they could agree with where the fence would be built, he kept putting her off and he was condescending to her because he was so certain that his property extended further into her yard than the thought. He tells her she should get a survey so he can see for herself where his land is. After leaving her with no options, she did just that. After the surveyor came out, it turns out her property line is actually right next to her time, turns out his trees were on her property. Now he is irate and doesn’t respect the boundary. Knowing it’s within her right to build the fence right on the property line, should she, or since it’s a neighbor will cause more headaches than what it’s worth?

Sure, some police are assholes and so are citizens. I don’t think they (police) are better than anyone else. Just that our interactions affect outcome

People usually make the interaction more difficult, due to distrust. Everyone deserves respect until you lose it. That gentleman created the required response.

@rizzzmax @scrowder This is honestly my only concern. While I believe the illegal aliens should be deported. I am unsure if the problem has been in place for so long that there are labor gaps that cannot be filled by Americans. Most Americans are urged into college not blue collar jobs.

STEVEN, I’m a big fan of yours, but I think this argument is a little bit disconnected from reality. I’m a general contractor and have been in the industry since 2007. Maybe I’m just speaking for myself in my area, but finding American workers who do quality drywall , Framing, demolition is damn near impossible in Los Angeles. This is for a multitude of deeper reasons. 1. The younger generation is taught to look down on the trades. 2. I’ll manually retreats are pretty much dominated by illegals. 3. Even if there were a unicorn legal tradesmens in these illegal dominated areas, they would do half the work for double the price. Hate on cheap labor all you want, but don’t complain when seemingly small projects end up costing an exuberant amount of money. I agree that this is a problem and that it shouldn’t be this way, it is only but a symptom of a broken system.

If an entire job site disappears in Charlotte the second ICE shows up, it’s because the companies chose illegal, cheap labor over hiring Americans, and now they’re finally paying for it. Hire actual Americans and the projects won't be collapsing.
