@sonibleCom I love the idea of Pure:Level -- but 960 samples of latency? A plugin like this needs a "live" mode for use during composition. I know you have justification for the latency, but there must be a way to offer an optimized/economy mode. Please consider! =)
@neutronhop Correct, smart:gate and smart:deess both use neural networks and need a short temporal context for the analysis – which unfortunately precludes live use of the tools.
@sonibleCom I'm a fan and own most of your tools. I was excited about Smart:Deess & Smart:Gate, but if I'm not mistaken they have a lot of latency? (Demo expired so I can't test again.) For V2 of these plugins, please add a low-latency option for those of us who need realtime.
@BigotedNox@PluginDealsFeed Hey, sorry that you are having this issue. We didn't receive similar reports from other users yet, however, it would be great if you could send a report with details of your system and DAW to support@sonible.com. That way we can try and reproduce the issue to fix it.
@PluginDealsFeed@sonibleCom can go suck it. I tried smart EQ and inter plug-in communication does not work with Studio One, latest version, at all. Groups and instances are a no-go on Studio One.
⏰ The Sonible Vocal Bundle is now $129, down 48% from its usual price of $249. Offer ends on November 4th. ⏰

@justinconverse Hi Justin, smart:gate can detect a voice however it can't remove crosstalk. But since we are researching constantly and improving our tools, who knows what's possible next.
@MusicTechMag@sonibleCom Can smart:gate distinguish between different individual vocals? If smart:gate could eliminate crosstalk on multitrack podcast voices all in the same room, it would be a game changer!
@peterxdunn Hi Peter, you can create a user account on sonible.com for free. Then, log in and there is a dashboard where you can register all your sonible plug-ins and manage your activations.
@ApoK_Dubs We are receiving a lot of inquiries, due to the pure:unmask intro month and the spring sale. We're doing our best to check every case in detail, which is why responses might take a bit longer at the moment.
@Kyle_AD_Voice Hi, the difference is that speech high is meant for high voices (often female speakers) and speech low for deep voices (often male speakers). However, you can try both on your track and listen which offers the better results for your audio material.
@kellogs767 Unfortunately support takes a bit longer these days due to a huge amount of tickets. You can send your e-mail-address through though and we'll ask for the status of your support ticket.
@DjSimonBenjamin Hi Simon, you can register for the smart:EQ 4 30-day trial here sonible.com/smarteq4 to check if it meets your needs. Also, the intro deal ends on January 20 if that helps :-)
I've never been satisfied with any de-esser, but that has changed. If there was a company I hoped could tackle this challenge, it was going to be @sonibleCom 🧙🏻♂️ Demo of the best de-esser I've come across is live on Youtube.
I'll have to do a review of Sonible Smart:Deesser and Smart:Gate on my new radio show. I used the demo's today for processing my vocal tracks for the show and they both make an incredibly impactful difference. @sonibleCom
@MarcJohanssen@bluecataudio Hi! smart:gate is capable of sidechaining an external audio signal. This means that, similar to sidechaining a compressor, an external audio signal triggers the gating process. Linking multiple instances, as is possible with the smart:EQ3, is not available.
@sonibleCom
Does Smart Gate have any sidechain-like capabilities?
Possible to "link" several Smart Gates
together to emulate an Automixer of sorts?
If not, perhaps adding a plugin from
@bluecataudio might do the trick?
