@AkbarTravelsIN - you guys cant stand 1 min delay in payment but can expect customer to hang around till last minute! Pathetic customer service! I wish @JaleshCruises knew better than making them travel partner.

@AkbarTravelsIN When we have been requesting them to alter the booking to allot us the cabins on same deck - they keep asking for time that they are not able to meet. When we request to refund, they cant do that too.
