ASM Technologies Ltd - 3281 Recently entered my radar from a fundamental + momentum angle. Current MCap is around 4787 Cr and the stock is trading at nearly 77 PE. One thing that caught my attention is the improvement in promoter holding to 58% as per Mar 2026 shareholding data. Also, promoter pledging has been gradually coming down from earlier higher levels, which is a positive sign if the trend continues. Mar 2026 quarter numbers were quite strong and looked like ATH performance: • Revenue: 135 Cr • OPM: ~18% • PBT: ~ 23 Cr • EPS: ~11.49 On annual basis, sales are now nearing 530 Cr with close to 60 Cr net profit and around 29% dividend payout & EPS 41 ( ATH ) Stock is currently trading around 3282. As long as earnings momentum sustains and promoter pledging keeps reducing, this counter may continue to stay in momentum focus. Things to monitor going forward: • Consistency in earnings growth • Further reduction in promoter pledge • Margin sustainability Purely a fundamental + momentum observation.
