Then there is the learning curve issue in current CAD and BIM solutions and now student can make their own operational AutoCAD sofware on demand - especially with the nature of design process being always specific and there is always and issue of finding ways to implement and integrate current solutions within design process - now you can vibe code an app to solve very specific problem for a specific design issue be it facade, material selection, function distribution optimizations, all sorts of simulations - its already possible to make everything thats being offered on the CAD/BIM market.
