@askpermanenttsb I understand that. But surely in the interest of serving your customers, the callback should be prompt. A seven day wait is beyond ridiculous.

@askpermanenttsb @permanenttsb I need speak to someone in Dundrum branch. Despite several calls to your so called customer service call center, and promises from the agents to have someone from the branch call me back, I'm still waiting several days later.

@AerLingus on hold over 2.5 hours to follow up, for the 4th time, on a refund for 2 flights that you cancelled back in May!! Come on!!!

@AerLingus I finally managed to speak with a helpful agent who was able to assist me.

@AerLingus Since you cancelled my DUB-SEA flight in June, please let me know how can I change my flight. I have been on hold for hours to your customer "service" line. I am not getting an option to change online. How can I speak with an actual human to get this resolved?

@AerLingus Many people have been impacted by your seeminly arbitrary cancellation of these flights. At least provide some sort of explanation. Not that we'd believe you....

We have a large service area, 6K sq miles. We restore critical services 1st then greatest # of customers. #wawx
