⚠️ Update: It has now been over 720 hours since #Iran fell off the global internet with the digital blackout entering its 31st day. As the shutdown continues into its second month, misinformation and propaganda increasingly fill the void both domestically and internationally.

🗓️ Exactly one month ago on Saturday morning, 28 February, #Iran was plunged into digital darkness as authorities cut off access to the global internet. After four full weeks, 672 hours, the blackout remains in effect, violating Iranians' right to communicate and stay informed.

⚠️ Update: It's now day 24 of #Iran's internet blackout, with the measure passing 552 hours among the most severe registered in any country. International connectivity remains unavailable to the general public while authorities maintain a selective whitelist for global access.

⚠️ Update: #Iran is entering Nowruz, the Persian New Year, in digital darkness, as the internet blackout continues into day 21 after 480 hours. With international connectivity cut and domestic service limited, many families are unable to contact loved ones when it's most needed.

⚠️ Update: #Iran's internet blackout is entering its twelfth day after 264 hours with connectivity still at 1% of ordinary levels. Meanwhile, the regime's spokesperson has confirmed observations pointing to a whitelisting system, stating that only the approved are given a voice.

⚠️ Update: At 240 hours, #Iran's internet blackout is now among the most severe government-imposed nationwide internet shutdowns on record globally, and the second longest registered in Iran after the January protests, with the country having spent a third of 2026 offline.
