Christian Craighead… the man who ran toward gunfire when everyone else stayed back. In the 2019 Nairobi attack, Al-Shabaab militants stormed the DusitD2 complex while chaos unfolded inside. With no orders and no backup, Craighead—an off-duty British SAS soldier—chose to act. He entered the building alone, faced the attackers, and guided terrified civilians to safety, going back in again and again. By the end, he had helped save over 700 lives, earning recognition as a hero—even as some officials questioned his defiance.

I took creatine daily for years. Every trainer recommended it and every study "supported" it. Then I actually looked at how it's made. Sodium sarcosinate (a cosmetic surfactant) plus cyanamide (a fertilizer chemical), mixed in a steel reactor at 70 degrees, pH-adjusted with acid, crystallized into the white powder you scoop into your shake. That's what's in the tub. Not steak. Pattern I see with every exec on creatine now is they get bloating, gut inflammation, and kidney stress. None of that from eating actual meat. The chemistry may be identical on paper. The biology isn't. 12-minutes on why "bioequivalence" is the biggest lie in the supplement industry (bookmark it):

A little under 40 days ago, I was euphoric at the news that the Ayatollah Khamenei had been killed alongside the terrorists that have been slaughtering Iranians for the last 47 years. The people were revolting and their voices were getting louder and there was hope in the air for the first time in a long time. At the time it felt like it was finally over for the Islamic Republic. But the situation did not get any better for Iranians as the IRGC responded to the US/Israel attacks with power, as if they had been preparing for this for decades. We are now 38 days later, and as an Iranian I feel hopeless again. Do I regret cheering on the destruction of the IRGC? Absolutely not, and I am glad Donald Trump did so. These people are not good and as much as some of you hate the USA/Israel, you need to understand that it does not make the IRGC good just for fighting the back. That doesn't mean that as an Iranian that was cheering in the early days, I am in favour of the obliteration of my people and of our country. I also do not agree with the way Israel has handled this conflict, getting in the way of active negotiations as well as bombing Lebanon aggressively. Nothing positive has ever come out of such behaviour. Iran is one of the biggest, oldest and strongest countries in the world and will continue to be with or without the IRGC. One can only keep hoping that this situation will resolve itself and that no escalation will be necessary but please understand what Iranian people feel at the moment. I am not scared to voice my opinions and get trashed for them 38 days later, but 38 days is a lot of time and you need to understand in such uncertain times, things can change. I've said my peace, I stand by my words and actions day 1, and I stand by what I am saying today. Long live the people of Iran. ✊🦁

Kaiser makes $1 billion from operations on $127 billion in revenue. That money goes to their charitable foundation. Since you’re afraid to say it, I will: because they have to pay for labor and expenses. Equipment, etc. If they save money, should they charge their customers less or pay employees more?

You don’t see dalmations too much these days. They were everywhere in media. It was pretty common to see them at dog parks/being walked. Now I haven’t seen one in probably a decade. Where the hell did they all go

Our crackdown on visa abuse is now in force. From today, study visas will be refused for applicants from Sudan, Afghanistan, Cameroon and Myanmar. We will always offer sanctuary to those genuinely fleeing danger, but we must stop those exploiting our generosity.

In my conversation with the president of France, Emmanuel Macron, I emphasized that Iran did not begin this atrocious war. Defending against invasion is a natural right, in which we are good at. 1/5
