ESA Plato has passed its toughest tests yet and is on track for launch in early 2027, when it will search for Earth-like planets.🪐 The UK Space Agency has invested £25m to support the development and build of Plato, securing a leading role for UK institutions in the mission. 🇬🇧

The UK is taking its first step towards contributing to NASA's Habitable Worlds Observatory, a next-generation telescope searching for Earth-like planets and signs of life beyond our Solar System. 🌍🔭 🎥 Learn more about the mission.
