So we now have a song for Walter Benitez which is lovely especially for our reserve goal keeper but still no song for Tyrick Mitchell our wonder left back who has been at the club 6 years and and played 199 times for #cpfc #justsaying

@WhyteleafeEagle I'm a yes if we have a replacement waiting in the wings. He lost me a month or so ago with his rant. I'd give him wolves and euro games. If we don't win wolves or qualify euro then bye bye

@City_Xtra @TheAthleticFC Isn't that the same for every single player when they have little left on their contract. Palace would have known that and chose to keep him. The hit was worth every penny seeing we won the FA Cup with him.

@ArthurWaitDM wasn't there a sell on clause too? 10% of 65m vs 10% of 20m. even that make 4.5m difference. Plus wages saved as he'd have been on a lot less than any replacement. Worth every penny keeping him.

@nffc_316 @bkmh @paintaCPFC @BobbyManzi Yes. But all 4 have equal voting rights. It's in the report. 25% each. if three vote one way other one has no power. Why there's some anti Parish Palace fans. He's got 25% vote but small investment. They feel he's holding the club back as it will put off new investment.

Steve Parish's employment contract at Crystal Palace used as evidence as CAS stuck with UEFA's decision to remove Crystal Palace from the Europa League. Parish, who manages the club’s day-to-day operations, is contractually prohibited from approving certain decisions without board approval, of which John Textor was one of the four voting members. Mr Parish shall not, without the prior written authorisation of Palace Manageco: - “be entitled to appoint or terminate the appointment of a member of the Senior Management Team or Management, in each case with a Total Remuneration package worth over £100,000 per annum (…)” (Clause 4.2.1); - “authorise the sale, purchase, loan or transfer of an Player with a Total Remuneration package worth over £100,000 per annum (…)” (Clause 4.2.2); - “agree any contract or make any changes to the terms and conditions of any Player which contract or changes would be worth over £100,000 per annum (…)” (Clause 4.2.3); - “incur any capital expenditure within the relevant Financial Year or any other liabilities worth over £100,000 per expense or liability” (Clause 4.2.4); - “agree to any contract or terminate any contract or series of related contracts worth over £100,000 (whether as cost or revenue) (…) (Clause 4.2.5)” CAS say: "Whilst Mr Parish may be responsible for the day-to-day management of CPFC, there are certain acts, such as major transfers of players, which need a collective decision from the three directors of Palace Manageco, including Mr Textor. In this respect, Mr Textor took part in decisions pertaining to the transfer of players and the appointment of CPFC’s coach. In view of the above, the Panel considers that Mr Textor, by holding executive positions of governing bodies of CPFC, had the ability to exercise decisive influence" #CPFC

@nffc_316 @bkmh @paintaCPFC @BobbyManzi Seem to recall that's why Textor wanted out. Because it's 3 out of 4 votes to push a change through. Harris, Blitzer and Parish vote one way and Textor has no power. It's was worth being relegated to get shot of him!

@KieranMaguire Skimmed it and looks pretty much what we already knew. Textor owned 40 odd percent via Eagles group. Had 25% voting rights. Basically if Harris Blitzer and Parish voted together he'd not have a say. I guess that's why he wanted out.

@BobbyManzi Also says. "Each director had one of four votes, i.e. 25% of the voting rights, and decisions were to be made on a three out of four votes basis;". I thought this was why Textor wanted out. Parish, Blitzer and Harris voting together all the time so Textor always side lined.

These school streets times differing on different streets in different boroughs is confusing for people. Why do we need 2 hours in the afternoon in Croydon, but 45 minutes in Sutton or Kensington. 🤷🏾‍♂️

We have our regular meeting with the club next week, we have an agenda based on the issues we have been dealing with on behalf of fans. However, it’s not too late to let us know if you have any issues you would like us to raise. #cpfc
