A year ago,today I was in a coma. Speech and language therapists have come across to the intensive care unit to help look after us. They write in my Patient Diary: '...recording your vitals...repositioning you to help with your lung perfusion...you're sleeping peacefully...'

Our hospital director at Frenchay BIRU has been on an Easter Egg hunt! She hunted high and low in Bristol to find enough Easter Eggs for everyone at the unit. Thank you to Tom and the team at Sainsbury's Emersons Green for helping us out and also for donating extra eggs.
