Like a gambling addict with your credit card. Billions overseas non-emergency issues. Millions in personal luxury expenses. Doubling the national debt. But don’t worry, just like your gambling addict cousin, they’re going to come to you with their next great “opportunity.”

I'm getting my knee scoped on Tuesday. I have a bad meniscus tear. It went from being a minor annoyance to crippling almost overnight, without any single instance of injury. There is some arthritis in there too, I'm hoping to avoid an eventual knee replacement (too many bad PLFs and 12 mile ruck marches, IYKYK😉). I already have an icing machine from my shoulder replacement, but does anybody have any helpful tips/ideas? Thanks in advance.

If the road conditions, your vehicle, your driving experience or skill level require you to drive at half the posted speed limit in order to feel safe, you shouldn’t be operating the vehicle. You’re the hazard; get off the road.
