Make sure you track all your packages … other wise @RoyalMail will have no idea where your package is and will be 0 help if it goes missing

Is there any one at @RoyalMail or @RoyalMailHelp who can ? It is nearly a month. At what point do you responsibility and either make an effort to find out where the package is or offer a refund?

Tip 1 - don’t assume the Royal Mail @RoyalMail will check for valid addresses, they will take to package, store it some place, wait 18days … they might send it back … either way they won’t be able to tell you where your package is. @RoyalMailHelp won’t help you

@RoyalMail @RoyalMailHelp … it continues 🤦♂️ it was at a deliver office on the 25th but now they have no idea. Why would you not just look at the notes from the sender to see they had updated the address ?
