12 Los Angeles councilors weren't in recording.
I only see statements from 3 of them for now:
Mike Bonin (whose toddler was target of Nury Martinez's racist remarks), Nithya Raman, & Paul Koretz have all called on Martinez to resign.
Not seeing anything from 9 others yet (?).
Lots of wild bulls continue to go nuts but ultimately, the 65k (confirming) is the level. That is the end all/be all level per past cycles. Be careful as this hype is based on the #Bitcoin futures ETF debuting. So far 65k not taken out, let's watch the price action into next week
Breaking: California’s giant ride-hailing and delivery companies suffered a major setback as a state superior court judge invalidated Prop 22, which has allowed Uber, Lyft, DoorDash and other businesses to classify their workers as independent contractors. latimes.com/business/story…
For those interested in $BTC, #Bitcoin confirmed today above the range. Utilizing pure charts, this now increases the probability it rises to $48k-$50k. The longer term charts still dictate downside to $18-$20k unless $65k is confirmed above. #FollowTheCharts#TechnicalAnalysis
@GarethSoloway So then you don’t really buy the gigantic 6 month head and shoulders perspective? Because it that would have it falling off a cliff soon without any float up to 60, correct?
Many asking for an update on #BTC. Can anyone out there tell them? I have not changed my tune from when I called the drop to 30k....only because the chart has not changed. I humbly always follow the charts, they are my leader, I just follow. :) #Bitcoin
A lot of people freaking when $30K broke on #Bitcoin just like the institutions wanted. Then they ripped it right back up after taking your coins. Never got a daily close below nor did it confirm. The confirmation signal is designed to signal a real breakdown vs a fake. Learn it!
@MrBenLilly gotcha thanks for reply. when i asked what issue, I was wondering what issue in particular you see looming if supply outstrips renters. Have just answered that question and I just don't get it? That is very possible.
@spennnty BlackRock is being accused of buying up all the real estate. Which sets up a scenario where somebody’s pension fund owns the property they are renting.. meaning the tenant is paying themselves for their pension yield.
All this extra cash needs to go somewhere. Institutions like BlackRock need to park it somewhere - it’s a mandate. More houses need to be built for cash to sit. When housing supply outstrips tenants we might have an issue.
When Clinton accused Trump of paying no federal taxes, he didn't deny it - rather, he said, "That makes me smart."
He wasn't the first rich sociopath to make that claim. Remember when Leona Helmsley told the press "only little people pay taxes?"
