It’s not just administrative overhead, it pays for core facilities as well as proper waste handling and disposal and trained staff for animal vivariums and any other person who helps indirectly with research.

@RepJayapal Either you do not comprehend this. Or you do and you are lying to us. Or both. What is being cut is the administrative overhead. It is being reduced down to 15% The amount allowed by law. The monies given to the actual researchers is not changing. science.org/content/articl…

Idk why y’all act like he’s the only smart person on Earth. He didn’t personally make every discovery of the lab. A team of students and post docs and technicians do the leg work. For every Sabatini there are 20 women who left academia who could do a better job.

Our transgenic mice are breeding but mom eats all the pups. This is the second time she has babies in her life, both first and second progeny she ate. Any tips? We have tried removing the male and leaving the male in the cage, didn't make a difference. Advice?
