@sandinbrain @XlotteryX @FrenlyOfficer I have done 30 days in a row of 10x10 and by the second week I felt nothing. People do way more for way longer and have shown no signs of injury or fatigue. Doing pushups is not the same as doing heavy load heavy volume squats and lunges. Just try it yourself if you’re curious

Do what you can do up to 70% before failure. I could normally (at the time) do 20 push ups to failure so 10 was nothing.

If you space them apart 1 hour each you literally don’t even feel anything. I have done this in high school as a “100 push ups a day for 30 days challenge”.

That’s 100 push ups in 10 hours. Takes maybe 5 minutes out of your day and you make $1,000 a day. You could easily pump that up too.

@SpiderFaras @UpisilOn @iterogg Nah, it doesn't work. Tahm Kench's R debuff behaves just like Singed's W (the anchor/grounded effect). It's a suppression that roots you to the ground, so neither Mercurial Scimitar nor Mikael can cleanse it.
