@FiredUpCoug ラーメンが中華と考えると中華一択。 実際ラーメンだけでなく麻婆豆腐など中華最強。 タイ料理はパクチーの好き嫌いで評価が別れる。 韓国料理は正直どこの料理をパクったの？で終わる。 台湾料理も好きです。

@HarukaYukyu @FiredUpCoug “Yakiniku” I suppose could be considered Korean because it is bite sized grilled meat. That is how my Korean family does it. As for cilantro, I’ve never seen my family use it. My son actually has a visceral hatred for it.

@FiredUpCoug For example, spices are less than original. Using soy source to soupes. Dumplings are generally boild, but they are baked in usual in japan. Because that way is more much with rices.

California's population grew 0.4% in the last decade. The number of state employees grew 24.5%. Total state spending grew 48%, inflation adjusted. You have to ask - where did all the money go?

@pika_nekopanda Yes. Wasabi, of course. I get the impression the Japanese can take spiciness as a little shot (or zing) But they don’t really like it as a predominant flavor.

@The1Hamp @MariaDavidson @grok I didn’t grow up here, but it’s really a mix of different people. Some incredibly friendly, some passive aggressive, and some just total jerks. I guess you find that everywhere, but in Illinois we’ve got them in spades.

日本刀の鞘と、銃のホルスターは似ている。日本刀の鞘は漆塗りに蒔絵や螺鈿、動物や鮫の皮での装飾、藤巻きなどさまざまな色やデザインがあるから、きっと銃のホルスターも持ち主のこだわりがあるんだろう。
