ALARMING - READ IT YOURSELF AND MAKE UP YOUR MIND: As reported Tuesday, Judge Terry A. Doughty from the US District Court for the Western District of Louisiana issued a ruling prohibiting the @JoeBiden administration from engaging in broad content restrictions and communication with social media platforms. The ruling states that government agencies like the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) are not allowed to influence social media companies to remove content protected under the right to free speech. The lawsuit shed light on alarming allegations of speech suppression by the federal government. Among these claims, it is alleged that the Biden administration sought to censor @RobertKennedyJr in January 2021, just days after Biden was inaugurated.
