Did the police take it too far? This woman was pulled over for not wearing her seatbelt. It then escalated into an incident when she refused to listen or comply with the police. Could he have let her go with a warning, or did her attitude make him continue?!! Parts 2 and 3 in comments below.

Calais Campbell is backing up and being compliant but is also met with aggressiveness. This shouldn’t have escalated to this.
