@fruitingfaith @latkedelrey I've even seen it where labs are covered technically under the appointment, but the location that they send the labs to are not so you're charged for that even though you would have had no idea where they test your samples. Why the???

before i got my insurance i checked 3x that my doctor and the specific medication she prescribes were covered. they ran it through the system. said yes. TIL they cover HER and the medication, they do not cover the *type of appointment* in which she meets with me and prescribes it
