Paul claims the government is punishing people who can’t find a job by sanctioning their benefits and cutting off their income. She implies the government actually prefers high unemployment because it weakens workers’ bargaining power, boosts corporate profits for big donors, and lets those companies undercut wages. Paul then goes full conspiracy mode, claiming the government is deliberately pushing people toward food banks to suppress supermarket demand and artificially drive down inflation.

A builder working 40 hours a week at $30 an hour earns $62,400 a year before tax. After PAYE, ACC, and GST on what he spends, he generates about $18,559 a year for the government. That means it would take more than 16 years of his tax contribution to pay for this one grant. Think about that. More than 16 years of a man getting up early, working in the cold, the rain, and the wind, using his hands to create something real. If you looked him in the eye, would you tell him this is an acceptable use of his money? Because government money is not free. It is the product of somebody else’s labour.

This is entirely false. There will be many bridges through which you will be able to transfer assets from Midnight to Cardano and vise-versa. Off the top of my head, such bridges include VIA Labs and Wanchain.
