@MaccaD11 Unfortunately the reluctance to allow academy players to play away from their club environment starts way before U21/U18 not allowed to represent their counties, not allowed to go to England Schoolgirl trials, the arrogance of these clubs who are only in 1/2 players per age group

Too many young players are not getting the opportunity due to the stigma around Tier 3…. Trust T3 clubs with young talent from WSL clubs rather than leading them to believe anything lower than WSL 2 is not aiding their development.

@lexiescarina Happens Accross all age groups. So eliteist just focussing on girls that are playing in WSL sides or PGAs when there’s so much talent elsewhere
