We all love the Trop but Pinellas isn’t an MLB county and it has shown for decades. Downtown St . Pete is incredible and hasn’t done anything for attendance, Tampa is the best chance we have for sustainability

Seriously, though, why not just stay at the Trop? @RaysBaseball could easily spend far less than the billions proposed for the new stadium in Tampa and use it to invest in the area around the Trop. Just saying. 🤷

She was likely defending herself against him. He probably started recording to make sure only that part was filmed after he started being abusive. It’s clear this is retaliatory and she’s not all there. Not excusing her behaviour but this is a classic move men use to gaslight women who are being abused.

If Evans' priority is chasing a championship in his final years, it should be sobering for Bucs fans that he chose a team in the same division as the defending Super Bowl champ Seahawks and perhaps the favorites to win this season in the Rams.

@gregauman Greg, I don’t care how the Bucs spin it, Mike left Licht/Bowles. Evans gave everything in particular this last season just to watch Licht do nothing at the trade deadline and Bowles completely fall flat on his face. This is the reality. I would’ve left as well.

To see Evans take a deal for $14 million a year from the 49ers - 60 cents on the dollar from his last Bucs contract, before incentives - makes me think he wanted out and Tampa Bay wasn't going to be able to re-sign him. They could match or exceed that without any heavy lifting.
