MOSES 2.0 vs QUANTA 150: first single-center direct comparison of modern pulse-modulated holmium systems for enucleation. Both platforms achieve excellent safety profiles, but QUANTA 150 demonstrated marginally greater procedural efficiency in this analysis. Critical data for equipment procurement decisions - the future of holmium laser lies in pulse modulation optimisation, not just power increases. For high-volume centres investing in laser upgrades, this head-to-head comparison provides the evidence base we have been missing.
