@getyolt The hiding of the account doesn’t get rid of the “we are unable to refresh your account at this time” notice though which is what I’d like to get rid of! Is there any work around?

@getyolt I have Yolt and loving it! Question - I closed an account and want to remove it from Yolt as it can't refresh but want to keep transaction history from it. Is this possible or will removing it remove transaction history?

@EMTrains Booked them online to collect but haven’t collected them yet. Hope the option to buy them with railcards not yet available has been taken off so others don’t make the same mistake I did!

Hey @EMTrains, I booked tickets home on 28-30th Dec with the 26-30 railcard after @_Railcards said it would be out by end of the year, but now it’s got a 2 Jan release date - what do I do?! 😢

@squeaky5565 Hi, the 26-30 Railcard was released as a trial. This is to gauge interest as well as assessing if this is the right product for our customers. We’re currently collecting information and will do so for about a year. We will post information as soon as we have it.

@squeaky5565 Previously only customers who paid online were charged, which we don't think was fair for online customers to shoulder the costs associated with cash orders too. Applying the service charge equally across all payment types means fairness for all. 2/2
