@NatWest_Help Yes and when your telephone banking was called they said your services are unavailable from 6:30 so that is no good and I’m pretty sure if there is a local branch it will also be closed

@NatWest_Help how can you turn off your systems at 6:30 making it impossible to report a vulnerable persons card as lost, I hope no transactions are made until you decide to turn them on again!

@NatWest_Help It’s not my card but a vulnerable person who does not have internet banking set up

@BarclaysUKHelp over two hours and counting on hold to report a vulnerable persons card as lost I really hope that the card has not been used whilst waiting to talk to someone
