There is a tremendous amount of difference between voting absentee and "voting by mail" because you're too fucking lazy to get off your dead ass go to the polling place either during early voting or on election day. These three are Florida residents living, working, going to school out of state. Voting absentee in Florida is done by requesting a ballot by application. Not just having the fucking elections office send you ballot like it's a piece of junk mail.
