With nerfs to Xayah this comp becomes an even more appealing alternative and easily stands out as one of the best AD boards you can have on level 8. You want to hold Aurora items on Elise and either move them over when you push 9 or go for Elise 3 if you see a lot of them. MF items are extremely flexible and you really just want 3 AD damage items on her along with some source of Sunder (armor shred). Shojin is also fine but Rageblade is not a workable item for her.
