I feel like I'm missing something, so I wanted to add some context. I personally believe there is a lot of "fearmongering" regarding this topic. To me, this is an objectively good feature: - You can passively earn while streaming from day one. - You gain access to monetization, badges, and emotes that some people spent years grinding for. - You aren't forced into using your spendable balance; it's entirely up to you. - If you choose not to use it, you will automatically receive a payout once you reach the $50 minimum (if you are an affiliate). I believe anyone who meets the $50 threshold should have enough audience to enroll in the affiliate program. Maybe I'm just an old-gen streamer, but I genuinely don't understand how this is being perceived as a bad feature. So many VTubers are bashing the feature and I am struggling to understand the negatives. If it isn't something you're interested in, simply do not onboard.

Christian Vtubers I Need You!! Soooo I had a good talk with my community tonight and I am Christian but I know I still have a lot to learn. I was wondering if anyone would be willing to have a Fellowship collab stream with me!! I mainly want to discuss my testimony of coming to Christ and yours as well if youd be willing! But I also want to talk about God's love and any wisdom your willing to share with me and my community. Favorite passages, and maybe answer any disbelievers answers if anyone has questions! I would really like to approach this best with someone who mainly focuses on their faith in their content since again I dont feel fully confident talking about it myself! If you want to collab with me please comment or dm me!!! ♥️

Some Orthodox are admitting charging for the sacrament of baptism is bad, while others are defending it. Look at this parish, $1000 for “full forgiveness of sins” It’s terrible.

Unfortunately my Wife was just admitted to the hospital. She went in for Chemo this afternoon, and she was so dehydrated, they couldn’t get IV access. So they’re putting in a PICC line, but they can’t do it until tomorrow. She needs fluids, blood, electrolytes and access for the Chemo. I’m sorry to ask for more prayers, but she’s in bad shape.

There are several vtubers who are actual pastors, but their job is to tend to their local church. I think it would be too messy for them to become leaders of this community because there are so many denominations and too many people refusing correction. When I started streaming, I told my pastor what I was doing and gave him my socials, so that way if I did step out of line, he could correct me. But people just need to humble themselves and accept correction rather than just arguing about everything for attention, I think that's issue no.1. But, if anyone needs a great pastor to get spiritual advice from, (if you don't have a local church you attend, please make sure you find one!!), EpiTimmy is a great brother in Christ. But again, he is shepherding his local church

I was curious about what Sour Wine was, and after looking into it I am amazed so I wanted to share what I learned: Jesus was offered two wines during His crucifixion, one right before and one while He was on the cross. He refused one and yet took the other. Why? First, let’s look at scripture: Mark 15:23-24 They tried to give him wine mixed with myrrh, but he did not take it. Then they crucified him and divided his clothes, casting lots for them to decide what each would get. What is wine mixed with myrrh? “This mixture is noted for its use as a form of mild anesthetic or pain relief, which was offered to those who were about to undergo crucifixion, a brutal and excruciating form of Roman execution. When mixed with wine, myrrh was believed to have narcotic properties that could dull pain and provide some relief to those suffering. The offering of wine mixed with myrrh to those condemned to crucifixion was a customary act of mercy, intended to lessen the suffering of the condemned.” (cr. Bible Hub) Essentially, it’s a painkiller. Jesus refused to take it and fully endured the sufferings appointed to Him. Then why did He accept the second wine? What is it? Mark 15:36 Someone ran and filled a sponge with sour wine, fixed it on a stick, offered him a drink, and said, "Let's see if Elijah comes to take him down." Sour wine (vinegar) was common among Greek and Roman laborers and soldiers due to its affordability and ability to quench thirst much more effectively than water. It was also used by the poor and those in distress. The sour wine was given to Him to “keep Him conscious for as long as possible” and prolonged His pain. This is the one He drank. Drinking this also fulfills the OT prophecy from Psalm 69 Psalm 69:21 Instead, they gave me gall for my food, and for my thirst they gave me vinegar to drink. Jesus refused to accept the wine that would’ve relieved some pain, yet He accepted the one that would’ve prolonged it. He fully endured the punishment that we so rightfully deserve so that we may be redeemed by His blood. That is how much God loves us. Thank You, Jesus. (Cr. Bible Hub & Desiring God . org)

I don’t like the concept of “losing” salvation. It makes it sound like a random accident, like losing our phone, rather than what it is. Nobody loses their salvation. You won’t wake up someday and discover it’s missing. You needn’t worry about losing it, especially if you’re obeying Jesus. Someone can, however, reject their salvation. The bible warns us of apostasy because it’s possible to commit. Apostasy means that we can convert to another faith, that we can love our sin more than Jesus, and that we can die while unrepentantly practicing the works of the flesh. All Christians will struggle with sin, but some battle and others shamelessly practice and enjoy it. The latter won’t see heaven.
