Spot on! I think too many people don’t see the difference between “high achievers” and “high engagement”. Highly engaged people are very much a part of the group and may actually be “stars of the group” but their work product and the value it brings to the group is very low. This important nuance is lost on….the people who are not truly high performers or don’t have the breadth of experience to truly recognize the difference
