@drmhyb@RailwaySeva@linus_shah sir, as per above photo middle tower bolt is defective that why one more tower bolt is fixed above it which is in working condition. However, we inform enroute staff to check it and we also inform maintenance supervisor to remove the unused/defective tower bolt. thank you.
