Extremely disappointed with the Ladies Toilet at Bhubaneswar Station (BBS). There is NO water in taps/basins, locks are broken (safety issue!), and the floor is flooded. It is completely unusable and unhygienic. Please fix this. ​@RailwaySeva @DRMKhurdaRoad @ECoRly @RailMinIndia
