@SwiggyCares@Swiggy I raised a complaint regarding instamart not being up in my area for two weeks. Your support took a week to respond to my mail and told me “refunds and replacements can’t be issued”. A hallucinating LLM might do a better job.
CRED's landing page should be a case study for every aspiring frontend engineer, UI/UX designer. The raw appeal is so high. Most folks confuse the purpose of a landing page with aesthetics, true, that is definitely an angle but the most important business translatable metric is the dwell time of every user. ,
I cannot back it with data, but I can practically bet on the fact that their landing page has a much higher dwell time than most of the other companies.
The attention to detail, the clear intention to capture user attention and a clear call to action.
