@ankushd14 Before reading your book, I tried low carb diet which elevated LDLs. Then I read that it may be the case for some. Now I increased carbs. if it’s ok, could you share your nutritionist contact? I will check if they offer online consultation. Thank you so much.

Hi Srikumar. Have you consulted a physician and/or nutritionist? If you haven't then I suggest you visit both to get a deeper understanding of what you may be doing wrong. I am genetically predisposed to high cholesterol and hence I deep Research on my own, shared my plan with my doctor to get second opinion and then proceeded. More than happy to discuss. It's further improved to optimal levels and now even below 100 :) x.com/ankushd14/stat…

@ankushd14 Thank you. I live in Sweden and doctor told dietitians here are more experienced with western diet. The other doctor thinks dietician may not help much in my case as I already have a good life style. How many spoons of psyllium husk did you take daily? Any side effects?

@ankushd14 Rest of the parameters are good. I saw that your LDL levels reduced from 140 (April 25) to around 74 (July 25). Would it be possible to share how you managed to get it down? I went to 2 doctors. Unfortunately or fortunately, they have different views on LDL.

@ankushd14 Dear Ankush, I was surprised to see your journey on reducing LDL from your book as I did not expect in part and it’s somehow related to my struggle. I am basically in similar situation, do not eat junk, exercise regularly but my LDL levels are high.

@hyderabaddoctor My LDL has increasing while triglycerides remain low. My doctor says it’s nothing to worry. From grok, found out about Lean mass hyper-responders (LMHRs). Have you seen this in any of your patients? I tried to book an online appointment with you but it’s asking about Indian phone

@hyderabaddoctor Sir, I didn’t have high cholesterol levels a couple of years ago. My BMI was 24 then. After reading about benefits of low carb diet, I reduced the amount of carbs a lot and increased the consumption of lean, good protein like chicken, fatty fish and vegetables.

Mom’s first day without stick and a visit to temple. In less than three weeks from surgery she is slowly moving towards complete independence and freedom from pain. Strongly recommend if someone you know is in knee pain or walking like penguin to explore knee replacement surgery. Consult a good doctor. And tomorrow is Bhagwan Shanis birthday.

Stairs today. I always believe surgeons and next to God. Recently an uncle visited after 5 years and he looked smart and young than I saw him 5 years back. When I complimented he said - Cataract surgeries done - new eyes. New dentures fixed. Both knee replaced. A new person has been created. Life is way better and have added some years and good healthspan. Save yourself from lifestyle diseases. That’s it. Move more. Eat whole foods. Prioritise sleep. Your last decade or two will be awesome when u will have money and time both.

Thanks to Navneet from airindia social media (twitter) team, we got proper information about our rescheduled flight, a couple of days prior to the flight. Definitely the worst experience in my 23 years of flying with different airlines.

Worst traveling experience with @airindia . If they are aware of operational issues, why scheduling flights to so many destinations and then canceling them? Pathetic customer support from customer care call centers. If you are lucky you will find the right person.
