Using the "dream of development" to justify the arbitrary transfer of state assets to private entities is not visionary administration; it is a breach of public trust. Selling the future of the state under the guise of "progress" is highly objectionable. There is a deliberate attempt to spread misinformation that my PIL challenges the land allotment made to Raiden Infotech (Google/Adani Data Center) under G.O.Ms.No.66 dated 2/12/2025. This is completely false. I am challenging the legality of: IT&GCC Policy 4.0 (G.O. 9) LIFT Policy 4.0 (G.O. 32) Operational Guidelines of the above These policies alienate public resources without enforceable state rights. I challenged these policies as they were put in place with the deliberate design to alienate valuable public resources to private parties under arrangements that are devoid of any enforceable obligations on the allottee or the creation of enduring benefits for the State. The mention of Raiden Infotech, along with several other land allotments, is made in paragraph 22 of the petition only for the purpose of drawing the attention of the Court to the manner in which the framework enables the allotment of land in an arbitrary and illegal manner. Paragraph 22 also contains a clear and unambiguous stipulation conveying that the allotments mentioned are not challenged as isolated executive actions but are only mentioned for illustrative purposes. I also wish to mention that none of the prayers pertain to the cancellation of the land allotment to Raiden Infotech. I challenge Mr @naralokesh to substantiate his claim that I sought the cancellation of the arrangement with Raiden.
