🎥 Another insurance conversation has surfaced… “5 lakh ka cover liya hai. Itna toh enough hai.” It’s a line many people confidently say. But what most people don’t realise is this… In metro cities, one hospitalisation alone can cost ₹2–3 lakh.

@ManipalCigna So long story short, my 1 year old was admitted in Rainbow, Bangalore for 3 nights and the bill came upto 1 lac. When we shared the bill with @ManipalCigna you rejected the claim saying that you can cover expenses ONLY after 5 lacs which is the most shocking. This is betrayal.

@ManipalCigna @MoHFW_INDIA @IMAIndiaOrg Where is #ManipalCigna when I explicitly called out my disappointment with the insurance? Aren't you supposed to be the insurer of basic health and medical expenses? My 1 year old has suffered because of misinformation and there is 0 help

@ManipalCigna Pls give me a call to.understand my disappointment in a better manner. I trusted the brand but it came as a complete shock to me, especially when I needed it the most. Kindly arrange a call, else I will be forced to drop this insurance in the future.

@ManipalCigna @ImpactGuru @impactguru_in I have lost all hope & trust in you. Who provides Insurance where the 1st 5 Lacs is to be borne by the customer and then you pitch in? I need this resolved ASAP. Let me know in case anyone else needs to be tagged to get a resolution ASAP.
