@irdaindia @ManipalHealth Extremely disappointed with my discharge experience at Manipal Bhubaneswar. My health insurance provides full coverage, yet a deduction has been imposed. The insurance company has clearly stated that this amount should be borne by the hospital, not the patient. Despite this, the hospital has refused to pay and is not even willing to discuss the matter with the insurance company. Why should a patient suffer because of a dispute between the hospital and the insurer? This is unfair, unethical, and completely unacceptable. I urge the hospital management to resolve this issue immediately.

Surprised to see such an oversight at the newly relocated @ManipalHealth Dr. TMA Pai Hospital in Kadekar, Udupi! There are no fans or AC vents in the ICU waiting area. A brand-new facility shouldn't be ignoring basic attendant comfort while families wait in distress.

For hospital temporary parking there is charge at @ManipalHealth where the charge of any lab test or checkup is extraordinary 2x quite high. Where are we heading as humanity, sometime it feels pathetic to see you are used like goods for basic facility you have to pay

Patients take leave from work, travel long distances, spend money, and place their trust in hospitals for timely medical care. 🚨 Worst Hospital Experience – Bhagwan Mahabir Manipal Hospital, Ranchi I booked a consultation with Dr. Dhananjay Kumar (Cardiologist) for 26 July at 10:20 AM. The hospital confirmed my appointment (see attached). On the appointment day, at 9:23 AM, a hospital representative even called to confirm that I would be coming.
