I’ve been deployed to Iraq for the last 10 months with my National Guard unit- my 3rd and final deployment. Ag X/Twitter kept me sane- thank you. Time to be with family and plant some crops.

- Silverware ( 15 pieces - they left the little spoons)
- Salt & pepper shakers
- light bulbs (2)
- A book
- An alarm clock ⏰️
- Multiple towels ( I understand this one)
This is over the course of a year. Not 1 guest. 🤦♂️

@Deere_Salesman @JohnDeere Who is responsible for repairs on the subscription based? Would it be like the Apple iPhone upgrade program where you pay so much a year, never have to pay to fix and always get the newest and greatest technology?

The idea over lower up front costs is positive, but I’m interested to see how people to respond to subscription costs.
Whats your guys thoughts of instead of say $15000 up front, maybe $3000/yr?

@clintwfischer Bonus max is a percentage of total income. Have 4-5 goals for each employee that are weighted differently. If employee/business hits 75% of the goal, only 75% of the percentage of total income is paid as a bonus.

We're trying to modernize our farm’s employee harvest bonus system.
Currently, employees get a flat rate harvest bonus which increases for inflation.
Brainstorming how to tie bonuses to a metric system.
i.e. Employee’s value to the farm + the farm’s overall success would determine their bonus.
Likely would keep a small amount flat so they get something, even in a bad year.
Anyone implement a bonus system like that or have thoughts & insight?

Deal or NO Deal The little Dudes found a Bugatti Divo toy they had to have. Was supposed to be a Christmas Gift. But, there was a twist - they had to sell their old toys to make it happen. Dad (@LouieDN ) was the buyer. They had to → look up value cost → negotiate → add in depreciation Before Dad took the trade-in for the value agreed upon. Both boys really got into it. Researching each toy as if it were the real deal, then coming in with a price to trade in for the Bugatti Divo toy. It's about choices, budgeting, and leading by example. As a fitness coach, I know it's crucial to lead by example, both in finances and fitness. We're shaping future leaders, one lesson at a time. And for the toys, they traded in... They are now in storage until the next deal. What life lessons have you taught your kids recently? Shout out to my Husband for making this a learning opportunity for the boys.
