@Aly_ssxaa @GlobeEyeNews Wasn't birds, they were shot down by a Russian proximity missile. They lost all three hydraulic systems and authority over the tail. The ailerons are controlled by cables, not hydraulics, so they could still turn but could only control pitch with engine thrust.

At the Sonoma Air Attack Base in Santa Rosa, CAL FIRE Airtankers 85 and 86 with a load and return. Firefighters at the base refill the Grumman S-2T airtankers, which can hold up to 1,200 gallons of fire retardant. They now head off for their second drops on the #PointFire.
