So Marco Rubio, the guy who wouldn’t be a US citizen without birthright citizenship because his parents were non-citizen immigrants when he was born in the US - is enabling a dictator trying to end birthright citizenship.

The US is the only country to ever invoke Article 5. Every NATO country came to America’s aid - so did many NATO allies. Their service-members lost their lives for America. To call NATO an abusive relationship, is cowardice that dishonors the men and women who laid down everything for us. They answered the call. Since then, only the US has wavered, complained and belittled. We complained they didn’t show up when we have not invoked any claim. But when we did, they had our backs, and stood shoulder to shoulder with our troops. And the Presidential jester and lapdog, Mike Lee, who has his career from riding his fathers coattails and getting jobs from daddy’s friends - is the last person who has the right, to question the sacrifices of our most stalwart allies.

I think banks are underestimating significantly, what sustained $100/barrel oil will do to the US consumer. At $60/b savings were already dipping, and credit card debt was rising. We don’t need a nightmare scenario price. This price for another few weeks will severely damage consumer demand, and the input costs of goods for several quarters.

Let’s call this what it is, it’s not just hypocrisy, it’s moral fraud. Franklin Graham had no problem demonizing Barack Obama, a faithful husband, scandal-free, disciplined, educated, Black man, the very embodiment of the “bootstraps” gospel white evangelicals preach about, as some kind of threat, even suggesting that he was antichrist. Yet, the same Graham bows in reverence to Donald Trump, an adjudicated rapist, convicted felon, unrepentant racist, porn star banging, pathological liar, with a trail of infidelity, exploitation, documented racism, and associations with convicted child sex traffickers, and has the caucasity to call him “raised up by God.” That’s not discernment, that’s deception, dishonesty, and disregard for the sacred text he claims to believe. The standard didn’t change, the subject did. Obama’s integrity was dismissed because he was Black. Trump’s corruption is sanctified because he is white and politically useful. Graham isn’t applying scripture, he’s weaponizing it. He ignores sin when it serves power, then quotes the Bible to justify the very wickedness it condemns. That’s not Christianity, that’s idolatry of whiteness, wrapped in religious language and draped in a flag.  This is hypocrisy at its highest level: Calling evil good when it benefits you, and calling good evil when it threatens your power. And then having the audacity to say God said it.

Two-year-old Kaleth and his mom are home. During his time at the Dilley trailer prison, Kaleth was sick—he could not eat the food from CoreCivic, was vomiting, and ran a fever while detained. He had trouble sleeping and missed his Dad. He and his mother are asylum seekers and never missed an ICE check-in. They did everything right and they were still imprisoned. I am grateful Kaleth is back home but this trauma cannot be undone. Keep using your voices so more children can be free and safe. We won’t stop until we shut down Dilley and #FreeOurChildren.

There are rare moments of just total honesty from Trump. He has said this many times before. It's the ultimate proof of what a narcissist he is but also how amoral: he "couldn't care less" if you're a bad person as long as you are "nice" to him. This is the evangelicals' hero.
