@sshameemz @eurowings @ovvdusseldorf We flew from Heathrow as well to Düsseldorf. Now we’re back in the states 😤 apparently Düsseldorf lost and found was off from 9/22-9/26 according to their website but this is far too long given that we’ve given them the exact coordinates

@manthwade @eurowings @ovvdusseldorf Yup I’m on day 10 and no one has contacted me and my AirTag says it’s still in dusseldorf. I cannot believe how incompetent this airline is. I’ve been on contact with the forwarding team in Heathrow and they keep sending messages to the airport but there’s no response after.

@eurowings when can I expect help with my lost luggages? This has really put a damper on our vacation. I can clearly locate it at Terminal B in Düsseldorf via AirTags.
