Yes it’s a rebuild, BUT the front office PROMISED better results this year with a better product after the second half of last year . This looks like 2024 again . This team 22-74 in March and April since 23 and have lost over 400 games the last 4 years . When will the next step happen ? Why is the defense this bad still ? I’m sick and tired of watching the White Sox. I’m pissed. No way. No way. No way. White Sox fans were optimistic about this team. There is so many problems with this team. I don’t even know where to start they are so bad. This pitching staff you’d be lucky for a starter to get through 4 innings. 4 FUCKING INNINGS. Chris Getz stop signing pitchers who can’t throw strikes. Explain why are you so obsessed with signing pitchers who can’t throw the ball for a strike. Explain it Getz. This bullpen is already gassed they’re already tired because our starters are terrible. Defense terrible. Errors every game sloppiness every game. Mental mistakes every game. We were told this would be figured out and fixed. Oh they said things would be DIFFERENT with Will Venable managing because this is sure looking a lot like 2024 right now. Why is Acuna playing SS why? We know Colson Montgomery can play third but he can also play SS pretty damn well. This outfield fucking sucks. This pitching staff sucks. Why did Ethan Katz get fired? We never got a reason for that. Young core exciting prospects this and that. I won’t believe it till I see it because I am tired of trusting this organization. I’m tired of listening to Chris Getz explaining how things are changing. I’m tired of Will Venable saying how it’s going to get fixed, and how the mistakes will be fixed. I’m fucking tired of watching us lose. I’m tired of watching Starters go 3 innings. I’m tired of losing. Im tired of JERRY REINSDORF. I’m tired of watching washed veterans. I’m tired of flipping good players for prospects. I’m tired of this team being cheap. Fuck you JERRY and everything you represent yourself with. We are the laughing stock of baseball for a reason. It’s embarrassing to watch this team.

It’s one thing to lose to better teams. It’s another to play like absolute shit with awful fundamentals. That’s what the White Sox have done through 5+ games. Pitching sucks. Fielding sucks. Hitting is meh. Not a great start, even w/ super low expectations.

The Chicago White Sox selected the contract of Lucas Sims and DFA’d Jedixson Paez for assignment in a corresponding move. Paez was selected as a Rule 5 draft pick, despite never appearing above High-A. I really hope the “we trust in Getz” phase is over until he earns trust.

I think Shane Smith earned some benefit of the doubt based on last season but I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t concerned about him. This is bad.
