I NEED YOUR HELP! Hey @binance I accidently sent a token you support to your EVM address, but on a different chain. For some reason your customer support is saying it's impossible to "recover the asset from the blockchain", and basically saying that I maybe will get it at some point if I am lucky, which I am sure is just incompetence on their part. I can see the funds have been moved to a different wallet, and you obviously have the private keys so its just a matter of wanting to help or not. Its about $70k worth of tokens, so I would appreciate if you can help me with this, as I am sure this reply is just an inexperienced customer agent. Of course it would make sense for you to keep some fee for the manual work, but the full $70k doesnt make sense... And yes I know I made a mistake by sending it to the wrong chain, but its still the same address, and it is possible to recover if you want to.
