@ElainaFen @maggardner @NewPedagogies I completely agree with you! Teachers are learners too. If we are encouraging meaningful and authentic learning for our students, the same can hold true for educators.

Maybe educators are done with PD that is “done to them.” Doubt they are not turned off authentic learning @NewPedagogies

Teachers are leaders. Support staff are leaders. The cafeteria staff are leaders. Custodians are leaders. Bus drivers are leaders. The technology staff are leaders. Nurses are leaders. Students are leaders. They all have influence and make a difference. Lead with a #HumbleHeart

You can’t pour from an empty cup. Even with a break, there needs to be a conscious refueling in order to drive the ship again, strong and steady, through the next season. Educators, I’m looking at you.

We have to care about them as children before we can worry about them as students.
