I want Oklahomans to know that I strongly oppose the fee increases for our turnpikes. The Turnpike Authority should go through the legislature for any fee increases in order to answer to The People of Oklahoma.

Anything is better than the status quo. I went back twenty years looking at the states ranking. Sixteen years ranked 8th from the bottom. Two years at 7th then finally 6th from the bottom last three. Almost looks like the middle school is where they are getting lost. And all the while the teacher union is fighting you.

AG Drummond just asked the US Supreme Court not to hear the St. Isidore case. Oklahomans are asking why he’s fighting so hard to limit school options for families. If he won’t defend our state in court, I will. We should be leading the school choice movement, not undermining it.

I had excellent meetings with Senators yesterday. I appreciate their thoughtful feedback - and the incredible support of so many. While the momentum was strong, it is clear that my confirmation was unfairly becoming a distraction to the critical work of the Trump/Vance Transition. There is no time to waste on a needlessly protracted Washington scuffle, thus I'll be withdrawing my name from consideration to serve as Attorney General. Trump's DOJ must be in place and ready on Day 1. I remain fully committed to see that Donald J. Trump is the most successful President in history. I will forever be honored that President Trump nominated me to lead the Department of Justice and I'm certain he will Save America.
