@morrismarkw Thank you for letting us know, Mark. We're happy to hear there were no serious injuries. Class 3 bikes or scooters should not be on our trails and our rangers are doing everything they can to enforce the rules. We hope you heal quickly and get back on the trails soon.

@ssprd can you please keep class 3 electric scooters off the trails? I got hit by one the other day, on the Highline Canal near Andy’s Ice Cream. By a teenage boy going way too fast and out of control. Luckily no serious injuries.

@dobetterdnvr The parks and opens spaces are open to all members of the public. If you observe a member of the public breaking a law or using illegal or illicit drugs, please do not hesitate to contact the authorities.

Cornerstone & Progress Parks in Littleton have been encroached by urban campers (ie drug addicts). Park rangers hand out food and water, attracting the chaos while maintenance workers are forced to clean up the mess. Doesn’t littleton have a no-camping ordinance for parks and public spaces?

@dobetterdnvr Overnight camping is prohibited in all South Suburban parks, trails, open space areas, and parking lots unless otherwise permitted.

Sexual Assault Along the High Line Canal. On the afternoon of Tuesday, March 18, a female was assaulted while walking along the High Line Canal, near Horseshoe Park. A male, riding a two-wheel electric scooter, rode up behind a female who was walking a dog. The male unlawfully groped the woman. The male is around six feet tall, is about 20 to 30 years old and was wearing a green coat and blue hat.
