@Zoomcar__India They have intentionally rejected my claim even after assigning me to a garage for the insurance claim.Guest checkout photos were not taken by the oomcar app since the booking was open for few days. Is it my fault or yours?

I have also reviewed the available booking records, including the guest's start and end checklist images. Based on the validation, the reported tail light damage was not found in the checklist records. Accordingly, the damage claim could not be approved. As the case has already been re-investigated and validated by the concerned team, the claim decision remains unchanged based on the available evidence.

@jagograhakjago @Zoomcar__India It's not safe to host car and rent it in zoomcar anymore since it does not cooperate with the hosts and does not repair damages caused by guests. It's too much frustrating. Lame excuses given my zoomcar. There is no safety for personal cars in zoom

Extremely rough driver who came from left side and almost crashed my car on Vidyasagar Setu near around 11:52 AM today. Most surprisingly it's @KolkataPolice vehicle. Extremely arrogant driver. Kindly take necessary action otherwise I'll go to higher authorities. @SuvenduWB

The tail light and lower rear bumper damage was done near my residence itself and the guest asked me to come to the accident place. There I saw the damages. Pls confirm from the guest

@Zoomcar__India, Upon sharing the booking details with the concerned team they found that the damages reported after the trip were already present in the vehicle's start checklist. After validating both the start and end checklist images, the concerned team determined that the reported damages were pre-existing, and therefore the damage claim was not approved. Regarding the fuel difference and FASTag charges, as per the applicable policy, such disputes are required to be settled directly between the host and the guest. We request your understanding regarding the above clarification.

@KolkataPolice @jagograhakjago Had a poor experience at Zyka Restaurant, New Alipore,Kolkata today. They charged Rs.70 for one ltr water bottle by the MRP was Only 20. Even they calculated GST on and above that elevated price of 70 as well whereas GST is already included on Rs.20

Worst company ever to rent out car. @Zoomcar__India

@Zoomcar__India zoomcar is completely frustrating. It ignores the damages caused to my vehicle by the guest even after uploading the damage pictures.
